Book your appointment & order your repeat prescription online
Here you will be able to book and cancel appointments online. You will need to register for this service and sign in using your User ID and Password.
Appointments can be made in person or by telephone. Ask the receptionist for an appointment with the doctor of your choice, or at the clinic you wish to attend and we will endeavour to meet your request.
Please remember to cancel any appointment you no longer require as we are often under pressure for appointments.
If you cannot get an early appointment and you feel that your problem is urgent, then say so to the receptionist and she will ensure that a doctor or nurse will contact you if no appointment is available.
The practice aims to ensure that patients have access to a healthcare professional within 48 hours.
Please help us by:
- Cancelling any appointments which you no longer need
- Notifying us if you change your name, address or telephone number
- Requesting home visits before 11.00am
- Using the tear off slip when requesting repeat prescriptions
- Supplying the staff with the necessary information when requested
