Patient Privacy
If you feel you have something particularly personal to discuss with the receptionist please ask for a private word. The staff will do their best to accommodate you. Please help others by keeping a comfortable distance when waiting to speak to the receptionist. It can be very distressing for our patients when they are requesting test results or discussing sensitive information with the fear of being overheard.
