The practices within Port Glasgow Health Centre operate a rota for registering new patients with their practice. Patients living in or moving to the practice area are welcome to join. The practice has a contract with the Health Board to look after patients in the postal code areas PA13, PA14 and PA15.2. Any current patients living outwith these areas will remain registered here. Any current patients that move outwith these postal code areas will be required to change to a doctor within their new post code area.
You can register by completing registration forms, which are available from reception and making an appointment with the practice nurse who will carry out a registration appointment. After your initial appointment you will be advised to make an appointment with one of the GPs.You may be asked to provide proof of address which could be a council tax letter confirming your home address. You will also be asked to bring along any medication you are currently taking.
