Please make sure you order your prescription in enough time to ensure that you do not run out of any of your medication.
We are keen to ensure that patients with ongoing medical problems are monitored regularly. If the date for your next review with a doctor or nurse has passed you will be asked to make an appointment.
Please leave your request for a repeat prescription at reception or post it to the surgery. Tick the items you need on the right-hand section of your previous prescription form. Your prescription will be sent to your chosen pharmacy 48 hours later, this does not mean that your prescription will be ready to collect from the pharmacy at this time as they will need to process it and prepare your medication. Please check with your pharmacy regarding wait times. If you prefer, we can post it back to you (you will need to provide a stamped, addressed envelope).
Alternatively, you can leave a message on our prescription line. The prescription line is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week and can be reached by dialling 01475 600 600 and selecting option 2.
